Our packages run $450 to $1,500. The Basic ($450) is a tabletop vintage phone setup, The Headliner ($1,000) adds a full-size walk-in British phone booth or an authentic NYC street payphone, and The VIP ($1,500) adds the red-carpet treatment with the 4K video package included. Every package includes delivery, setup, breakdown, and digital delivery of all recordings.

The Basic is the tabletop setup with a 1950s payphone or rotary. The Headliner and VIP add your choice of the walk-in British booth or the NYC street payphone.

Most couples book 3 to 6 months ahead. Popular dates — especially spring and fall Saturdays — go first, so once your venue is locked in, check your date with us. Last-minute openings do happen; it never hurts to ask.

Yes — a 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due before the event. We confirm everything in writing when you book.

Five hours of recording time is standard with every package. Need longer? Ask when you book.

Yes, weather permitting. We need a covered area — a tent, pavilion, or awning — with a standard power outlet nearby. We confirm placement details with you and your venue ahead of time.

Yes. We're fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) directly to your venue on request — just tell us where to send it.

Absolutely — florals on the booth are stunning. We coordinate directly with your florist so the phone booth or payphone matches your event's look, from garlands to signage.

A standard power outlet and a spot near the action. The footprint is small, and we confirm placement details with your venue before the event.

We serve wedding venues within about a 50-mile radius: all five NYC boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties), Westchester and Rockland, the Hudson Valley (Orange and Sullivan counties), and Northern New Jersey (Bergen and Passaic counties).
